IOWA’S NEWS LEADER. SIX GRADER AMIR JOLLIFF IS BEING REMEMBERED THIS WEEKEND. JUST DAYS AFTER THE SHOOTING AT PERRY HIGH SCHOOL CLAIMED HIS LIFE. HIS VISITATION AND FUNERAL SERVICE WILL BE NEXT WEEK. THE 11 YEAR OLD IS REMEMBERED AS BEING A JOYFUL BOY WHO LOVED SOCCER AND SINGING. THESE PHOTOS ARE FROM AMIR’S MOTHER, ERIKA, WHO SAYS HE WAS KNOWN AS SMILEY AROUND HIS HOUSE.
