Former Arkansas governor Asa Hutchinson is pulling out all the stops in the final days leading up to the Iowa caucuses, according to his campaign.Hutchinson is hosting meet-and-greets in Iowa every day until Jan. 15. The campaign said hosting in-person events with the White House hopeful is their main strategy."For us, it's all about putting him in front of as many people face-to-face in their local hangout as possible," Taylor Mattox, the political director for the campaign, said.The latest Des Moines Register/NBC News/Mediacom Iowa poll shows Hutchinson polling at one percent. Mattox said they want a top-four finish on caucus night. "I think expectations for the governor across the board are fairly low at this point," he said. "I think he's really going to come out and shock the world."Mattox said they are pulling out all the stops in order to do that. He said the campaign usually lets outside groups and volunteers handle things like door-knocking.But on Sunday, they broke out of their normal routine. Hutchinson took matters into his own hands and shook hands with people in a neighborhood in Urbandale.
