How neighbors near Lambeau Field are getting creative to cash in on the 2025 NFL Draft
People who live closest to Lambeau Field hope to make thousands of dollars this week.

The people who live just steps away from Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin, are selling everything from hot food to parking spots in their front lawns during the NFL Draft.Jeff Lemmen, a proud Buffalo Bills fan in Packers country, has called the neighborhood near Gross Avenue and Thorndale Street home for 20 years. He and his neighbors teamed up and decided to charge $100 for parking spots during draft week. This is a steep hike from the $20 price during regular game days."We're all going to be on the same page, that way nobody's charging less or charging more," he said.He plans to bring in some money this weekend."Hopefully right around $3,000," Lemmen said Some of the parking spots are more than just a place to park your car. Homeowners are offering extra amenities to make the price worth it.Green Bay resident Lisa Olmsted paid $100."The person letting us park is letting us use the bathroom if we need, they're giving us food. So, I think any parking you find around the area, they're giving you more than just parking," she said.Jim Moreau upped his game day prices like his neighbors."I allow people to tailgate, a deck they can party on, I let them use restrooms in the house," Moreau said. He's thrilled to see all the action in his backyard."This is like a once-in-a-lifetime deal," he said.
