Woman finds coyote ’embedded’ in car's grille after 20-mile drive
A woman in Calgary, Alberta, has a wild story to tell after a coyote collision ended in an unusual way. Georgia Knox wrote on Facebook that she was driving to work when a coyote darted in front of her car and she "heard a crunch." Thinking she had killed the poor creature, she continued driving for 20 miles. As she stopped at a traffic light, a nearby construction worker informed her that the coyote was "embedded" in her car. "When I got out to look, this poor little guy was looking up and blinking at me," she wrote. Pictures show the animal seeming surprisingly calm. Knox called Alberta Fish and Wildlife Enforcement, which determined that the animal had just minimal injuries and set him free. "Clearly Mother Nature has other plans for this special little guy!" Knox said in her now-viral post.
