Microwave waffles for 25 seconds (they should be pliable but not fully cooked).2. Place waffles between slots in a flipped-over muffin tin and bake until they hold their shape, 5 minutes.3. Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain. Once cool, break in half. Drain half the fat in skillet.4. Add eggs to skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until mostly scrambled. Add cheese and stir until melted, then remove from heat and season with salt and pepper.5. Line each waffle with 2 halved bacon strips and top with eggs.6. Drizzle with maple syrup.
