Patrick cut holes in the bottom of an inexpensive purse he bought at Goodwill and ��Ǿ��à—his dog now has a cozy, hanging harness.Patrick was inspired to create the bag harness after seeing a similar gizmo designed to help anxious pooches. "It's very difficult to keep him still while clipping nails," his daughter Kendal told Buzzfeed. "He saw the idea to hang a dog from a doorway to clip nails, so he bought the purse to be cheaper.
