In the July 20, 1979, special issue of the Archives on the lithium ion, a change in the by-line of the article entitled "Patient Selection for Long-term Lithium Treatment in Clinical Practice" (p 894) should be noted. The authors have requested that Jules Angst, MD, be named as first author, followed by Paul Grof, MD; Mirek Karasek, PhD; and Gabor Keitner, MD.
