To the Editor We are writing to express our strong interest in the study by Dave et al1 at the US Veterans Health Administration nursing home that examines the association between antihypertensive medication use and fracture risk. The study鈥檚 findings indicate a substantial increase in fracture risk among participants using these medications. As health care administrators, we recognize the efforts and important societal contributions of this study. However, we also wish to provide constructive suggestions for further enhancement.
