Now that the home insulation fad is upon us, we have received some inquiries from "do-ityourselfers" concerning the problem of fiberglass splinters in the hands and forearms. We have found that the best remedy for this problem is the application of ordinary plumbers' duct tape to the affected areas. The excellent adhesiveness of this tape promptly extracts these troublesome splinters.Readers are advised that in view of The Copyright Revision Act of 1976, all Letters to the Editor submitted for publication must contain on the transmittal letter the following language: "The person(s) undersigned hereby grant the ÌÇÐÄvlog permission to publish this Letter and in addition, hereby assigns all copyright ownership therein to the AMA."
