"Little People, Big World" stars Zach, 27, and Tori, 26, have a lot on their hands with the recent birth of their first son, Jackson Roloff. The two new parents have come a long way since they first revealed their relationship on an earlier season of the TLC series.
Tori and Zach first met when Tori started working on the Roloff farm for pumpkin season in 2010, according to .
"The first time I met Zach, I was working at Roloff Farms during pumpkin season as a greeter, and one of our coworkers introduced us," Tori said on "."
"[We] just started talking and she kept coming over," Zach said of "Little People, Big World." "I thought, 'Oh, hey, want to date?" Tori told , "Our first date lasted five hours, and we’ve been together ever since."
But Zach was originally hesitant to date Tori: "Her being average height, me being a dwarf, people obviously stare. Like, they think I'm her little brother," Zach said in of "Little People, Big World." "So I was really skeptical to make sure that is she really mentally that strong to get over that."
Zach also revealed that Tori was his first kiss, and he said it was the perfect moment.
"She was my first kiss. It was an epic night, though. It was on the roof of the swamp fort," Zach said in . "Full moon right above us. Like, prime time. It was prime."
On April 29, 2014, Zach and Tori got engaged after more than three years of dating. The show followed Zach picking out the perfect ring and planning a special proposal. He proposed on the Roloff farm, where they first met.
"I kind of always figured he would do it on the farm, just 'cause this is where we got to know each other," Tori said in an episode of "." "This is where we, you know, fell in love and it was the perfect spot to do it."
The proposal wasn't filmed for the show, but the couple couldn't stop gushing about the special moment.
"At that moment, nothing else mattered. Except for getting on the knee, but then I pulled out the box and then she knew what was up," Zach said . "It was a totally powerful moment. Seeing her so happy made me so happy."
"It was really special. It was a really nice moment. And I said yes," Tori added.
The couple got married on July 25, 2015 on the Roloff farm. They went to Disney World for their honeymoon. The wedding was shown on of "Little People, Big World" that highlighted the story of their relationship as they made it to their wedding day.
Their first child, Jackson Kyle Roloff, was born on May 12, 2017. The couple have been open about becoming first-time parents, especially after finding out that he has achondroplasia, just like Zach.
"We'll hope to just give him a healthy, happy life," Zach in a clip from TLC. "He might have to take two steps for everyone else’s one step, but hopefully we can raise him in a way that it won’t bother him."
