Gal Gadot has carried on the longstanding tradition of superhero movie actors putting on their costumes and taking time to visit fans in the hospital.This week, some of the children in the Inova Children's Hospital in Annandale, Virginia, got to meet the "Wonder Woman" star in full costume.Gadot's visit was a huge success with staff and patients, and doctors at the hospital thanked her for her time spent with them."Thank you Gal Gadot for visiting us at Inova Children's Hospital. You are a true Wonder Woman. The kids loved it…and so did the staff," tweeted Dr. Lucas Collazo, who shared a photo of the actress with patients and colleagues."Dear @GalGadot – Thank you SO MUCH for visiting my patients and colleagues at #InovaChildrensHospital!" added Dr. Patty Seo-Mayer, sharing the same photo."Next time, can you align your visit with my call schedule? Love, #SuperFan."Gal is currently filming the sequel to "Wonder Woman," titled "Wonder Woman 1984," which will be set in the '80s.Patty Jenkins is back in the director's chair, and she also wrote the script. Jenkins became the most successful female director of all time with the box office success of "Wonder Woman."It was recently released that Chris Pine's Steve Trevor would be making an appearance in the sequel, despite having presumably died in the first film (more on the photo in the related video above).Furthermore, in an inspired bit of casting, Kristen Wiig will be joining the DC Universe in this film as its villain, Cheetah."Wonder Woman 1984" is due to be released in November 2019.
