S Food and Drug Administration and the Federal Trade Commission issued warning letters to seven companies, accusing them of selling fraudulent products that claim to treat or prevent the Corona virus. Instead, the agencies say that products are unapproved drugs that could pose risks to patients and violate the law. Five of the companies air in the U. S. One in Canada and one in the United Kingdom. The most well known is The Jim Baker Show with televangelist Jim Baker. That warning letter says Baker's company marketed its silver soul liquid as a possible cure for Cove. In 19 products sold by other companies hit by warning. Letters include tease essential oils, teachers and colloidal silver guru Nonda, Herbal, Amy, Energetic CE and Vital Silver tell the national investigative unit they have now removed the questionable statements from their websites. The head of the FDA vows to quote aggressively, pursue those that place the public health at risk and hold bad actors accountable.
