Wendy Williams has reportedly filed for divorce from her husband of 21 years, Kevin Hunter, according to . Together, they have a 19-year-old son, Kevin Hunter Jr.
The news was allegedly confirmed to the outlet by Williams' attorney Thursday. A source told Page Six that the talk show host gave Hunter divorce papers at 6:30 a.m. ET.
The following statement was released to in light of the news:
“Thank you to everyone for respecting the family’s privacy during this time. Hunter is supportive of Williams and they are working through this process together,” the rep for Williams told the publication. “No additional comment will be provided at this time.”

We respect their privacy regarding personal matters. As always, we remain committed to bringing an entertaining and topical show to our viewers.”
