The water level in the Elephant Butte reservoir is expected to decrease much more rapidly than last year. So volunteers are planting Goodding's Willow trees to help the fish survive the drought.For three years, the volunteers have been planting Christmas trees to serve the same function, but the New Mexico B.A.S.S.
