Toys 'R' Us recalls toys that can pose choking hazards to infants
Toys "R" Us is recalling its Bruin infant wiggle ball toys because the products' rubber knobs and plastic backs can detach, posing choking hazards to infants. The blue balls have textured bumps for gripping, and orange, green and yellow rubber knobs. The balls wiggle, vibrate and play three different songs. They have on/off switches and require three AA batteries. They have model number 5F6342E and Toys “R” Us printed on them. Consumers should stop using the items and take them away from babies. They can be returned to any Toys "R" Us location for full refunds. Six incidents of rubber knobs breaking off have been reported, including four reports of pieces found in children's mouths. The balls were sold at Babies “R” Us and Toys “R” Us stores nationwide from June 2016 through January 2017 for about $13.
