As Thanksgiving approaches, major grocery chains are competing to offer the best value meals, making it easier for families to enjoy a festive dinner without overspending.
Here are some of the best deals Rossen Reports found to help you save money.
Target
is offering a $20 Thanksgiving meal that feeds 4, coming in at $5 a person. It includes a 10-pound turkey, potatoes, green beans, cream of mushroom soup, canned cranberry sauce, boxed stuffing mix, and potatoes. We like this deal for smaller gatherings.
Aldi
is offering a Thanksgiving feast for 10 for about $47, coming in at $4.70 a person. It includes turkey, plus all the ingredients for classics like green bean casserole, stuffing, mashed potatoes and pumpkin pie. We like this deal for larger gatherings when you need to feed a crowd.
Walmart
also has a cost-effective option for large gatherings. Their holiday meal includes ingredients for dinner for 8 people, coming in at just under $7 a person. We also like how you can easily add everything to your cart in one click when shopping online or in the app.
Publix
