Iowa State's second-place finish in the Big 12 didn't go unnoticed.The Cyclones had several names on the Big 12's annual conference awards released Sunday night, highlighted by guard Tamin Lipsey on the All-Big 12 first-team.Lipsey is Iowa State's leader in minutes per game (31), assists (4.8) and steals (2.8). He also ranks second on the team in scoring and rebounding.Lipsey was also a unanimous selection to the All-Defensive team.Fellow guard Keshon Gilbert earned second-team honors and was also on the All-Newcomer team. Gilbert's 13.5 points per game led the Cyclones during the regular season.Milan Momcilovic represents Iowa State on the All-Freshman team.
