Taco Bell is the latest fast-food restaurant to face a food shortage

Taco Bell is the latest fast-food restaurant to face a food shortage
Hey, it's summer. The kids are out of school. And let's be honest, it's just easier to grab fast food sometimes for breakfast, lunch or dinner maybe and dinner if you're in my house and my kids want it all the time on the money front. It's pretty inexpensive too. So it's good for parents. But then I saw a viral video on Tiktok that made me question everything. So yeah, I need to see what's going on here. Here's the video racking up more than 166,000 likes so far. The guy lines up three orders of French fries, a small medium and large. Watch this, he pours the small into the medium and then into the large and look at that. The small fry in. This video actually fills the large containers. So what's the deal? The most shocking part of his video was when he said the small fries could fit into the large. So we're gonna try that. That's like the ultimate. Put that in. Put these two in. Fell. No, I'm not getting that. The small, at least in this experiment doesn't fit into the to the larger. But let me put this back in here for a minute. Yeah, well, it'll be good enough. You'll understand this is all the small. But I am curious if the medium fits into the larger. Now, that would be interesting. So we're gonna put the medium into the large. That's getting closer. That's getting closer. It's getting closer. Now, put this aside and we want to see if the small fits into the media as the small fit into the medium. This one looks like it's gonna do it, wow. Okay, so, the small fry, I mean, I can already tell and we have more to go. The small fry fits into the medium. So, if you want a medium fry based on this experiment, at least get a small Mcdonald's telling rossen reports, we use a specific french fry scoop designed to fill our bags and cartons from the bottom up. If the scoop is not used, fries can bunch toward the top of the carton, making it appear full when it is not. While the specific amount of fries can vary slightly across orders, we are continuously monitoring the amount sold across all sizes to help provide the best possible customer experience. Okay, on to our next spot Starbucks and we have an amazing tip. Next time you order from here, let's say you want a venti iced coffee. Order a grand cheaper but say no ice, Okay. And by the way, it's still pretty cold because they keep the brew cold, but it's okay then. I just ordered a venti cup with ice which was free. This was free. And look at this, poor it in. Oh look at that. It's bigger. Look I still have left over, I feel it right to the top. I have ice coffee and even a little bit of a refill. How cool is that? But we're saving the best secret for last at Chipotle. We went to three different chipotle's here. The burrito costs $9.50 and the burrito bowl, same thing just minus the rap cost 9 50. Same price. But guess what? You'll get much more food for your money with one of these. Can you guess which one? Okay. Here we go. We weighed the burritos and burrito bulls from each restaurant and every time yeah the burrito bowl weighed more had more food than the burrito. This burrito A Pack Burrito one lb 6.1oz. And the burrito bowl from the same exact place. Oh man we got a two pounder baby, £2.2.1 ounces, same price. And I know what you're saying. Well, I like the tortilla, I like, I like on the burrito. Guess what? We asked for a tortilla at all. Three of the restaurants. They all gave it to us for free. Make your own burrito at home. Get the burrito bowl if you want to save money and get more easy ways to save big and eat well. Okay, so I've told you my favorite hacks, but what are yours when it comes to fast food? I want to know everything. So shoot a video of your favorite fast food hacks, share it with me on twitter. You can use the hashtag ross and reports or on facebook. Just search up for my page by typing in ross and reports. Shoot a little video. Let me see it in action so we can all believe it, share it with our community of fast food lovers. And let's get more for less. Back to you
