A dog in a library caused a stir because no one was there to read to him.The forlorn-looking dog named Sting rested on the floor of a library because no children had signed up to read to him for a program to help build young readers’ self-esteem. The Paws to Read program has school-aged children read to licensed therapy dogs. John Muellner, of Minnesota, said in a Facebook post that Sting didn’t have any help at the White Bear Lake library on Feb. 7. But a huge outpouring online means Sting now has some help. He'll return to the library for the program on Feb. 21.
