Dan Marburger, the Perry High School principal who was killed in January's school shooting, will be honored at this year's Heroes Game between Iowa and Nebraska.The game honors people who exemplify what it means to be a hero. Typically, the fans make the nomination, but in a change of tradition, Pioneer and the University of Iowa chose Marburger.Authorities called Marburger a hero for his actions during the Jan. 4 school shooting. He twice attempted to stop the shooter's attack before being mortally wounded.
