Fans are applauding Lady Gaga for rushing to help during an incident on the 2023 Oscars red carpet
Lady Gaga certainly knows how to turn the phrase "fashionably late" at the 2023 Oscars red carpet. The songstress dressed to impress at this year's 95th Academy Awards. Her black gown looked a stark contrast against the newly minted champagne carpet. Straight off the Versace runway, the corseted silhouette was complemented by sheer mesh and a pointed bustier. What's more, the structured boning exposed her torso and bottom. It was met by a belted drop-waist black skirt, complete with the Italian fashion house's iconic Medusa symbol. Despite arriving late, Lady Gaga took a moment to lend a hand to a photographer who fell down on the carpet. The moment happened as she gracefully made her way to the ceremony, waving to spectators. As she walked away, a loud commotion could be heard. She immediately noticed, turned and rushed to help the person up. Fans praised the Oscar nominee after the clip was posted on Instagram. It all follows after rumors swirled that the singer and actress wouldn't be able to attend. Reports said the superstar’s filming schedule for the Joker sequel would keep her from performing. Earlier today, news broke that she'd perform her Oscar-nominated song "Hold My Hand" from "Top Gun: Maverick." The multi-hyphenate could win her second Academy Award if the track wins the best original song.
