THIS OKLAHOMA FAMILY WAITED NEARLY 30 YEARS FOR FOR A CHANCE TO THANK THE TWO MEN THAT SAVED CHEYENNE’S LIFE. I CAN’T WAIT, I HAVE TO GO. OH, MY GOSH. HI. HOW ARE YOU? OH, MY GOODNESS, IT’S SO GREAT TO SEE YOU GUYS. OH MY GOSH. OH MY GOSH HOW ARE YOU. HI. OH HI. THANK YOU FOR COMING. YEAH SHE DOESN’T FIT MY ARMS AS WELL CHEYENNE BLEDSOE IS A MOM OF TWO NOW. BUT THE LAST TIME THESE FORMER EMTS SAW HER, SHE WAS JUST A BABY. SO MY PARENTS HAD ALWAYS TOLD ME WHEN I WAS AROUND 15 MONTHS OLD, I SUFFERED A SEIZURE ON THE WAY TO THE HOSPITAL. I FEEL LIKE GOD SAID, GET THEM OUT THE DOOR AND RON AND SCOTT ARE GOING TO BE RIGHT THERE ON THE CORNER. CHEYENNE WOULD HAVE ANOTHER SEIZURE JUST ONE MONTH LATER, AND IT WAS SCOTT WHO CAME TO HER RESCUE AGAIN. IT WAS A MEMORABLE MOMENT IN BOTH OF OUR LIVES THERE. THE FAMILY NEVER LOST GRATITUDE, EVEN KEEPING CHEYENNE SHIRT FROM THAT DAY AS A REMINDER OF WHAT COULD HAVE BEEN. I KEPT THAT, AND I DON’T KNOW WHY. I GUESS MAYBE FOR THIS DAY THE FAMILY SEARCHED FOR CHEYENNE’S HEROES FOR DECADES AFTER SHARING THEIR STORY WITH KOCO FIVE. THE SEARCH WAS OVER. THIS IS THE NEW. THIS IS READ. YEAH, THERE’S NO WAY OUR FAMILY COULD REPAY EITHER ONE OF YOU IN EQUAL MEASURE. FOR FOR WHAT YOU DID. YES. SEEING THIS RIGHT HERE. YEAH. THE SAINT PAID IN FULL. WELL, YEAH.
