Iowa Head Coach Kirk Ferentz told the media today that he will not make any changes to the coaching staff. This means Brian Ferentz will still be the offensive coordinator despite struggles on offense.Iowa State added 6-5, 240-pound defensive end Jefferson Adam to their 2023 class. Adam is one of the top JUCO recruits in the country.Six preferred walk-ons joined the Cyclones as well, including Cole Garwood (Urbandale), George Nahas (Dowling Catholic), Easton Miller (Centennial), and Obald Niyonkuru (Southeast Polk).
