Netflix releasing six-part dog-umentary
Updated: 11:58 AM CDT Oct 30, 2018
Netflix's newest project is all about man's best friend and, fair warning, it looks like you should watch with a box of tissues in hand. "Dogs" tells the true stories of six different pups and the relationships they have with their owners around the world. One storyline focuses on a singing husky stuck in Syria, while another tells the life story of Rory, a service dog that works with an 11-year-old girl who suffers from seizures. “Dogs don’t just make us feel loved — dogs make us feel safe,” the film's executive producer Glen Zipper told Variety. “In the world we live in today, no matter how divided we are, we should take care to realize how much dogs mean to all of us, and how our bond with them can help bring us together.”Watch the full trailer for the new docuseries below, premiering on Netflix on Nov. 16.
