WAS JUST LIFTED A COUPLE OF MINUTES AGO. ��vlog HAS BEEN TRACKING THE TIMING AND THE SYSTEM OF THESE STORMS FOR HOURS. SO WE WANT TO START WITH SOME OF THE PICTURES. The entire town of Minden, Iowa, has been blocked off — unless you live in the town.The Pottawattamie County Sheriff's Office estimated between 40 to 50 homes were destroyed which is about half of the town, reports ��vlog sister station KETV in Omaha. Two injuries were reported. One was severe but not life-threatening, and the other was believed to be a medical emergency.The tornado tore through Minden at 6 p.m. on Friday, and it broke gas lines, causing gas leaks and tore down power lines.The city is still out of power.The town of Persia, Iowa, has assistance for those affected by the storm in Minden.
