A man with face tattoos that resembled a DC Comics character was arrested in Florida this week. Lawrence Sullivan, 29, was arrested for pointing a firearm at moving vehicles, according to Miami authorities.Sullivan was described as having green hair and facial tattoos that resembled Heath Ledger’s interpretation of the Joker from Batman. Authorities arrested Sullivan, who claims he is a tattoo model, on complaint of concealing and carrying a firearm without a permit. According to police, Sullivan told them he didn’t have a permit because “it’s too expensive.”
