SCHEDULED FOR THE 28TH, AND ALTOONA MAN IS ACCUSED OF ABUSING A CHILD WITH SPECIAL NEEDS. 48 YEAR OLD KENNETH CAMERON IS CHARGED WITH CHILD ENDANGERMENT CAUSING BODILY INJURY. COURT RECORDS SAY A WITNESS SAW HIM DRAGGING A GIRL BY HER HAIR IN FRONT OF HIS HOME. THE VICTIM HAD A CUT ON HER LIP, SHE SAYS. THAT WAS CAUSED BY CAMERON PUNCHING HER. THE DOCUMENTS ALSO SHOW CAMERON TOLD POLICE HE WAS ATTEMPTING TO GET THE GIRL

An Altoona man is accused of abusing a child with special needs.Kenneth Cameron, 48, is charged with child endangerment causing bodily injury.Court records say a witness saw him dragging a girl by her hair in front of his home.
