SCHEDULED FOR THE 28TH, AND ALTOONA MAN IS ACCUSED OF ABUSING A CHILD WITH SPECIAL NEEDS. 48 YEAR OLD KENNETH CAMERON IS CHARGED WITH CHILD ENDANGERMENT CAUSING BODILY INJURY. COURT RECORDS SAY A WITNESS SAW HIM DRAGGING A GIRL BY HER HAIR IN FRONT OF HIS HOME. THE VICTIM HAD A CUT ON HER LIP, SHE SAYS. THAT WAS CAUSED BY CAMERON PUNCHING HER.
