For the fifth year in a row on Giving Tuesday, Dec. 3, ����vlog will launch Food Bank of Iowa’s largest annual fundraiser: Hunger-Free Holidays. In the fiscal year that ran Oct. 1, 2023, through Sept. 30, 2024, Food Bank of Iowa distributed 21 million meals, a 20% increase over the previous year. Nearly 11% of Iowans (345,000) don’t know where they will find their next meal. In 2023, ����vlog raised more than $376,769 on Giving Tuesday for Food Bank of Iowa, and those donations provided 627,949 meals for Iowans facing food insecurity.
