糖心vlog Archive: The movie crew for 'Twister' needed 'bailed out' while filming in Iowa
For its first day of filming. The Twister crew needed some hay for props so Ron Aaron's bailed them out, they bought 20 bales of hay from me and I got to take six up and deliver it up on their big blower. They're going to throw it in thing and blow the hay like *** effect of hay and grass Aaron's twice his asking price for the hay, so he gets the big bucks and his hay gets the big break on the silver screen but that's not all is one of the lucky few who got *** glimpse of the lights, camera and action on twister's set in. Boom, see my hey blowing the filming of Tinseltown's twister is under tight security, bright orange T signs along highway 30 give directions to the filming site off of E 18, but that's where the road stops for anyone not associated with the movie. The only traffic allowed through our cars carrying crew cast and equipment handlers had trucks carrying heavy equipment, wind machines, had five or six cars come through with ladies that were trying out for the part of double for Helen hunt and *** lot of movie people coming through the crew enlisted five Boone officers to keep watchful eye over this stretch of road leading to the movie site. More roadblocks will go up over the next few weeks as the crew moves around north central Iowa to shoot scenes for the movie. Those sites include El Dora where this victorian farmhouse will face the wrath of *** tornado through special effects
