this is carol Winter's office and her living room. I didn't really have any other options. So they worked with me to get me at home for six years. She worked at Kirk van or Isdell's corporate headquarters, but now she's an in home claims processor. I had babysitter problems. I was unable to locate someone to watch my youngest child. And so we decided my husband and I that we would give this a try. Carol is one of 50 people who work at home as telecommuters for KV. I. These are people who would like to stay home and perhaps can't really afford to stay home and this is the best of both worlds for them. Telecommuting is just one of several flexible options being offered by major employers throughout Iowa options that are designed to keep skilled workers on the payroll, keeping a good employee and whatever effort you put forth to keep them is a lot more beneficial to accompany than to have to go out and hire and train from scratch. Hello. I'm sure there are plenty of distractions. Sometimes we have barney going on the T. V. And there are a million different things going on at the same time. But it's a golden opportunity for a working parent. It's been great. I've enjoyed being at home and being with the Children. I really missed out on a lot.
