As workers pieced back together the memories at Arnold's Park. *** group of investors purchased the park in 1987 and after closing for the 1988 season to formulate rejuvenation plans, began work on *** $1.3 million improvement project. I would say that was main motivation of the investors is to bring Arnolds Park back on West Lake okay, bogey rather than some other location. In recent years, the park had fallen on hard times with low attendance and rides in *** state of disrepair, but workers have taken all of the old rides apart one by one, sandblasted and repainted them and have made them look and run like new. In addition to adding eight new rides, the famous Arnold's Park, wooden roller coaster has also been totally refurbished and it celebrates its 60th birthday this summer. The coaster is one of only six of its kind in the country and has been faithfully rebuilt with all of the old dips and turns using the original blueprints, but adding new cars and track if the rides are too much to stomach, you can still climb aboard the Queen too, for *** leisurely cruise of beautiful West Lake, Okay, Boje or there is still plenty of that famous amusement park cuisine. *** good time is guaranteed. All you have to do is show up fun for all ages. From 3 to 93 The park celebrates its grand opening, May 27 in Arnold's Park Steve, Carlin TV eight News.
