Jacob Mitchell and Ariel Paul were both scheduled to be back in court tomorrow. Both were facing charges for six counts of child endangerment. Booneville Authorities say last October, they found six children in the couple's care living in filthy conditions. The children ranged in age from 11 months to 13 years. Mitchell entered a plea deal with Dallas County. He plead guilty to three counts of child endangerment an aggravated misdemeanor. The State is dismissing the other three counts.
