Finally thawing out across the state today as temperatures climb into the 30s and even 40s with sunny skies.

Temperatures on Thursday topped out in the low to mid-40s and believe it or not we'll be even warmer Friday.Interactive Radar | Weather AlertsOvernight lows will fall only into the mid to upper 20s with highs on Friday climbing into the upper 40s. We'll have mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies as well. It looks to be a gorgeous day. Make sure to get outside because our warmup will be short-lived.An arctic blast is set to move in this weekend with high temperatures falling into the upper teens Saturday and single digits Monday/Tuesday. Overnight lows Sunday, Monday and Tuesday will be in the single digits below zero and with windy conditions expected for much of the forecast timeframe we'll see wind chills plunging to a bone chilling -15° to -25°. The arctic dip will be short-lived as well with warmer air moving back in by the middle of the week as temperatures climb back near/to freezing.
