Iowa and Penn State are playing in prime time on CBS Sept. 23 in Happy Valley, Pennsylvania. Kickoff for Iowa-Penn State is 6:40 p.m. on Sept. 23, and it'll be a "white out" game for the home fans. This is the first season that CBS will be broadcasting Big Ten games, and local fans can watch it on vlog.Both Iowa and Penn State are 3-0 this season, with the Nittany Lions ranked seventh in the AP Top 25 and Iowa 24th.
