SHE ALSO URGED PRESIDENT BIDEN TO DO MORE TO SECURE THE US-MEXICO BORDER, WHERE SHE SAYS MANY DRUGS ARE COMING FROM. ATTORNEY GENERAL TOM MILLER IS PUSHING THE STATE LEGISLATURE TO DO MORE TO PREVENT FENTANYL ABUSE IN IOWA, SPECIFICALLY BY LEGALIZE FENTANYL TEST STRIPS. A family is struggling with the death of their only child, 22-year-old Ciara Gilliam."The preliminary investigation looks like an accidental overdose of fentanyl," said Robert Gilliam, Ciara's father.The Gilliams said their daughter battled addiction and paid a heavy price. They want the person who sold her the deadly drugs to pay for the pain caused.On Facebook, they first offered a $10,000 reward that has now grown to $30,000.
