The festival also says they handed out more than 40,000 cans of water and 10,000 cups of ice on Saturday and Sunday Festival goers say they've seen an improvement from Friday. It's been *** big relief that they're, that they're listening to us and everyone's complaints on social media about it. People say the policy changes help them enjoy themselves more and we've prepared better as well by bringing wet towels and hats and things like that. I'm not worried about heat stroke or anything like that. I feel like we came very prepared in ST Charles, Ophelia, Jacobson, KC CIA News Iowa's news leader.
