From the glaringly obvious plot holes to the fan theories that make you question everything, Potterheads are sure they'd ace their OWLs. But what about the less magical side of Potter? Check out some of the most shocking scandals surrounding the franchise. 1. Josh Herdman sent abusive messages to fan In screenshots obtained by The Sun, Josh Herdman, who played Gregory Goyle, sent explicit messages to a fan who direct messaged him on Instagram, asking, "Morning, can I ask why you would your chances being a successful actor by using drugs?!! No wonder the acting work dried up! ".Herman allegedly replied with abusive messages, including, "Lol r u some kind of ?", "Have u nothing better to do u loser?" and "It should be illegal for people like you to be parents ."Joshua's representatives have been contacted for comment. 2. Jamie Waylett was arrested over allegedly growing cannabis plants.Hogwarts bully Vincent Crabbe was arrested in central London in 2009 after police allegedly found eight bags of cannabis in his car and plants thought to be worth over $3,000 in his family home.
