By the time Beggars' Night ends, it'll feel like 27 degrees. That will follow a high of 40 degrees Monday, which we should hit around 4 p.m. Halloween on Tuesday, when about a dozen central Iowa towns hold their trick-or-treating, will be even colder, with a high of 37 degrees. It should be hovering right around 32 degrees at 6 p.m. Tuesday but will feel more like the low-20s.
