The inspiring words of a little girl have given one man a reason to spread the message of the meaning of Christmas with people in his community.
Steve Clark, or "S.C.," has been dressing up as Santa Claus for kids in his community every year for the past 20 years. He's heard all sorts of requests, like toys and pet monkeys, but one 5-year-old girl's Christmas wish holds a special place in his heart.
When she and her brother arrived to sit on Santa's lap, she surprised him when she told him she didn't want anything for Christmas. Instead, she said she and her brother would like Santa to donate the toys and clothes meant for them to other kids who need them more.
It's a request that Clark believes speaks to the true meaning of Christmas, and a lesson that he hopes everyone across the globe will understand one day.
