Rossen Reports: Get paid to eat out with these apps
The latest shows that dining out is more expensive – up 4.1% from this time last year.
To help you save money on dining out, Rossen Reports is sharing three free apps that will help you score deals.
Upside
This app helps you save money on gas, groceries, and restaurants. Search places near you to see cash-back offers at participating businesses. Claim the offer you like, then cash out directly to your bank account or via PayPal or gift card.
Kids Eat Free
This app is a database that helps families find restaurants where kids can eat for free. Go to the app's settings and choose your location. The app will then show you restaurants near you where – you guessed it – kids eat free!
OpenTable
You've probably used this app to make restaurant reservations, but did you know it has a rewards program? You can earn OpenTable Dining Points when you book reservations while logged into your account. Points can then be used towards future reservations, hotel savings through Kayak, or Amazon gift cards.
Besides using apps, you can also save money by signing up to receive newsletters from your favorite restaurants or joining any loyalty programs they offer. That way, you’ll be the first to know about future deals they have going on.
