Early fog lifts for beautiful day
Areas of dense fog will clear out Friday morning, leaving a beautiful day.
Much of the eastern half of Iowa will be under a dense fog warning until later in the morning.

Once the fog clears off, expect mostly cloudy skies until the late afternoon. We’ll see mostly sunny skies then, and a high around 75.
For tonight, expect clear skies and a low in the upper 40s.
The weekend is looking fantastic, with sunny skies and highs in the lower 70s for both Saturday and Sunday.
Storm chances return Monday, with some isolated showers and thunderstorms and a high in the lower 70s.
A big change is on the way Tuesday, as temperatures drop off a cliff. Highs will be only in the upper 50s under cloudy skies.
