Johnson & Johnson is known for making everything from Band-Aids to baby powder, from medical devices to pharmaceuticals. The brand, which has been around , according to its website, could be considered an American institution.
And the family certainly knows how to build an impressive home. Located in Millbrook, New York, the 18,000-square-foot mansion, called Lightning Tree Farm, the house features all sorts of luxuries and high-end amenities.
The main home features nine bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a private screening room and a wine cellar.
The estate also features a massive pool, and an 18-stall stable with a riding ring. It is complete with a helipad, the only one permitted in the area, offering a 40-minute commute into Manhattan.
Elizabeth Ross "Libet" Johnson, great-granddaughter of the co-founder of Johnson & Johnson, passed away in 2017. Her portion of the property is being sold. The main house that sits on 373 acres is priced at $12.95 million.
There are other, smaller portions of land for sale: one 57-acre lot at $900,000 and a 46-acre lot at $850,000.
