Drake junior guard Katie Dinnebier became the ninth player in Drake history to win the Jackie Stiles Missouri Valley Conference Player of the Year Award on Wednesday evening.Dinnebier received the honor during the MVC Awards Banquet in Davenport. She is just one of two players in NCAA Division I this season to average at least 18 points, 6.5 assists and 2.5 steals per game.
