STUDENTS AT BERGMAN ACADEMY IN DES MOINES WILL START THE SCHOOL YEAR WITH A NEW RULE CALLED THE PERSONAL TECHNOLOGY POLICY, MEANING CELL PHONES, TABLETS, SMARTWATCHES AND ANYTHING ALLOWING STUDENTS TO CONNECT TO SOCIAL MEDIA OR MESSAGES ARE BANNED.
