Delish's , an herb dipping sauce with a kick, has people going wild. But then again, what's not to love about this tasty sauce? Butter makes everything better.
Make no mistake, this is not compound butter. It's way easier. You don't need to wait for butter to soften only to roll it into a log and chill it again. Here, you're melting butter, throwing in a bunch of fragrant herbs, and calling it a day.
This idea of a "Cowboy Butter" came from a little restaurant in New York City called . My world changed after I dunked a piece of prime rib into the herb-speckled butter. and the wheels really started turning once I realized everything on my plate — crispy potatoes, Parker house roll, and even mac and cheese — tasted good with it.
