Council Bluffs police arrested a woman for attempted murder after a shots-fired call Wednesday afternoon.Police said Brandy Blake allegedly fired a handgun at a car in a nearby alley near 31st Street and Avenue A. The bullet narrowly missed the man inside the car. Authorities said Blake knows the man who was in the car. Blake has been booked into the Pottawattamie County Jail.
