The Costco recall advises consumers not to use any medication printed with the above identifiers and to return the item to Costco for a full refund.Pharmaceutical manufacturer LNK International, Inc., made the recall “out of an abundance of caution” when it was discovered that a lot of contaminated medication was “accidentally” released and shipped after it was rejected for potential foreign material contamination.
