A 45-year-old breast cancer survivor and mother of two is running 380 miles from Boston to Sodus Point, New York, to raise money toward breast cancer awareness and research.
Davina McNaney was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2012. Since then, she says, she has come back strong from it, and is dedicated to showing her gratitude toward the .
By running across four states, McNaney's mission is to bring awareness to breast cancer screening, as well as raise money for the BCRF. She will be sharing updates via her social media pages so that others can follow her progress. Her hope is that her journey will encourage others to get tested and/or donate to the cause.
