Sunday night adult film star Stormy Daniels sat down with Anderson Cooper on to discuss her alleged affair with Donald Trump. Daniels says she was paid to keep quiet about her relationship with Trump during the 2016 campaign, but she's breaking her silence now, in spite of threats of financial retribution from Trump's lawyers.
1. She says a Trump associate threatened her daughter.
Perhaps the biggest bombshell in the interview came when Daniels disclosed that, after she agreed to sell her story to In Touch magazine in 2011 (a story that she says was killed when Trump's attorney Michael Cohen threatened to sue), a man approached her and her daughter in Las Vegas and .
"I was in a parking lot, going to a fitness class with my infant daughter. Taking, you know, the seats facing backwards in the backseat, diaper bag, you know, gettin' all the stuff out," she said. "And a guy walked up on me and said to me, 'Leave Trump alone. Forget the story.' And then he leaned around and looked at my daughter and said, "That's a beautiful little girl. It'd be a shame if something happened to her mom.' And then he was gone."
2. Stormy claims Trump had her spank him.
Daniels says the incident in question began when Trump showed her a magazine featuring him on the cover. Then she teased him about the move and told him someone should with the magazine.
"I don't think anyone's ever spoken to him like that, especially, you know, a young woman who looked like me. And I said, you know, 'Give me that,' and I just remember him going, 'You wouldn't.' 'Hand it over.' And—so he did, and I was like, 'turn around, drop 'em.'"
Daniels says the future president complied.
"So he turned around and pulled his pants down a little—you know had underwear on and stuff and I just gave him a couple swats."
3. Stormy says they did not use a condom when they had sex.
Daniels also alleged that Trump did not use a condom when they had sex.
"You work in an industry where condom use is an issue. Did he use a condom?" Cooper asked.
"No," Daniels replied simply. When Cooper asked if she had requested that Trump wear a condom, she added, "No. I honestly didn't say anything."
4. She says he compared her to his daughter.
Daniels also reiterated her claims that Trump (presumably Ivanka Trump).
"He was like, 'Wow, you—you are special. You remind me of my daughter.' You know—he was like, 'You're smart and beautiful, and a woman to be reckoned with, and I like you. I like you.'"
5. Stormy says Trump made her watch Shark Week.
Daniels says that, in 2007, Trump asked her to meet him at his bungalow at the Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles. While the official plan was to discuss the possibility of Daniels appearing on Celebrity Apprentice, that's not how things went, she says.
"I remember arriving, and he was watching Shark Week," she said. "He made me sit and watch an entire documentary about shark attacks."
