RETRO FIND: Did you play Super Mario Bros. 3 when it was released in 1990?

Mhm The game is called Super Mario Brothers 3. It's the latest installment in Nintendo's popular Mario Brothers series. Home video fans are in *** frenzy over the game because it's supposed to be much more challenging than the first two. The player must try and move little Mario through the 4 different stages as he attempts to capture 7 magic wands and return them to the king. But to do that it would take more than an hour of continuous play. There's also *** challenge trying to find the game in stores. 14 year old Matt Baker had to wait 2 weeks before he found *** copy, but he says it was well worth the wait. It's fun. It's *** lot. I say it's *** lot better than 1 and 2 because it's *** lot more exciting. You do things you can't do on one and two. Nintendo released only about 250,000 copies of the game nationwide. Premiere Video is one of the few stores in this area lucky enough to have gotten hold of one. Susan Bigger says it never stays in the store very long. We got one copy of it in and um I believe we're trying to get more copies of it but it's *** hard one to get *** hold of. Bob Pittman of Home Video Rentals says he's still waiting for *** game. We've called *** lot of wholesalers um *** lot of times what we get is we'll tell you about it as soon as we get it so I'm basically left waiting till they find out when they're gonna get them. Since there's so few games available, the excitement of Super Mario Brothers 3 doesn't figure to die down for quite some time, so video stores will scramble to try and take advantage.
